Students who intend to apply for the Erasmus+ Traineeship Call A.Y. 2026/2027 are informed that the language proficiency tests will take place according to the following arrangements.
Date, time and venue of the language test
- Date: 14 July 2026
- Time: 9:30 a.m.
- Session: one single session for all students
- Venue: Aulario, Via Pietro Castelli 40, second floor, Room 206
Students must arrive at the indicated venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled test time and must bring a valid identity document.
Students will not be allowed to take the test without a valid identity document.
Student invitation e-mail
Students will receive an invitation e-mail with instructions regarding the language test.
Test arrangements
The tests will be held exclusively in person on the Rosetta Stone platform for the following languages: English, French, Spanish and German.
The certified language level must correspond to the level required by the host institution or organisation where the candidate intends to carry out the Erasmus+ Traineeship mobility.

Tests in more than one language
Students may take the test in more than one language. In this case, they must follow the instructions provided by the Erasmus Office for the correct management of the booking procedure.
Test result
The test results will be communicated to the Office responsible for managing the Erasmus+ Traineeship Call A.Y. 2026/2027, which will carry out the procedures required by the call.
